Lost your key? Email us from the address you used to buy Hemmed and we'll send it again. To ask for a refund, see the refunds page.
Reporting a problem
It helps to include:
- your macOS version and Mac model
- the Hemmed version
- what you expected and what happened instead
Good to know
Hemmed needs Accessibility access to move other apps' menu bar icons. If icons don't move, check that Hemmed is turned on in System Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Accessibility.
On macOS 27, hiding icons also hides Focus, Now Playing and Screen Mirroring. You can still reach them from the tray.
